    I have never done anything wrong on xbox, never broken any community standards. I don't even have any strikes on my account. But still my account was permanently banned and my console was banned for one month. I either want to be able to get my account back or to have answers as to why my account was wrongly banned. Help please.

    Submitting an appeal is the only possible way to have a ban lifted. If the enforcement team denied the appeal, there is nothing else that can be done.
