as well as a refund of your points and anything else this person buys.

i perfectly understand what your going through, an i myself have seen my friends hacked for fifa games, this is the biggest problem xbox have ever had to deal with regarding hacking of accounts.

like you of many, you have been targeted for fifa 12 Ultimate team coins/players, this has been going on for about a year now, sadly the only reason why it persists is because EA cant clamp down and report all the hackers.

if you call support, like the other helpful users above me, following a honest and legit investigation, you will be refunded any MSP.

Hey man this must have been a personal problem. As stated in Code of Conduct "No one can Steal or Hack your account" because they have your info. Also stated "Never give out your acc info". But yes your going to needto call MS support and they might refund
you, but more then likely they wont.
