I just got charged an extra $43.43 on my Bank Account. Why is that?

Ive had that exact same issue.i called the bank they couldnt help me, i contacted microsoft reps and they just said wait until the transaction is done processing then they can help. In your bank it should say processing. After it finalizes the extra charge
just disappeared. I was worried because the extra charge over drafted my bank but because it didnt fully process i didnt get an over draft fee. I think it took one or two days. Eitherway, you cant dispute it until tye charges are finalized in your bank.

It doesn't appear in order history it says the last time it got charged was Feburary but that can't be the case considering it literally just got taken out of my bank account this morning

Hello EmrahFaj, this would happen if you had a subscription pending payment, for example, if the day of collection came and the system could not charge and then when you added the new card the account the charge was made.

Ive had this issue a few months ago. Usually after the order is done processing the double charge will drop. IF both charges get finalised in your bank account THEN you'll be able to dispute the extra charge. Your bank recommends you go through the merchant
who doubled charged you and the merchant or xbox in this case cant address this issue until are charges are final. It can take up to 5 days for your charges to finalize. Im not sure if thats where your at but if the charges are finalized in your account microsoft
can do something at that point. I was worried when i was going through this because the double charge overdrafted my account, but after the double charged dropped my account went back to normal and i was not charged an overdraft fee.

Just got the same thing, came here to see whats going on. I was charged on the 14th, and could play last night, but for some reason is just says "Play with Gamepass" under everything.

Edit - Says my payment is "Pending" under my Microsoft account since the 15th, but my bank account was charged and the money taken out
