    Seriously this is just sad at this point.

    Are xbox just throwing away any sense of having good user experience in exchange for some quick buck?! I wish i could send a picture of the new UI but image upload is blocked in this subreddit.

    Should i mention the effect on children of having such a heavily monetized UI?! It's outright exploitative.

    If the price to pay to be able to see the background is having dozens of ads and almost 0 customization of the Home UI. Then bring the old UI back

    Also. I've never played a Lego game. I never played any 2K game, i barely played racing games. I'm supposed to believe that the tile showing LEGO 2K Drive on my home screen for the past 2 days isn't sponsored? Sure ain't because of any algorithm thinking would be a good match for me

    Sorry if i sounded ranty, because my god the past year this UI only got worse, but thanks i guess for letting me see 20% more of my background in exchange.

    If the suggestion to remove entire tabs makes it to an Idea Drive I will vote for sure. I had the Insider oopsie a while back where you could remove tabs. All I had was Home and Store and the entire UI was so much faster. Sadly this will never happen as
    it all makes money for MS.

    Got to say, i'm impressed with the monthly updates and tweaks to the UI. (Love the transparent tiles!)

    Hey All,



    How did you access the game when you first got stuck? If you go through the games store tab and select a game from there you can then press B to go back and search others. the home button will only bring you to the home screen after viewing the game and
    selecting that main tile it will bring you back to where you last left off.



    Try accessing games through that tab and let us know how it goes.

    Anyone else hope the gaming-focused future of XB1 will lead to a revision of the UI? I can see how tiles works smoothly with kinect controls, but it's just a bit too Windows 8 for me.

    Bring back the "Xbox Experience" or whatever it was called, back when avatars were prominent. That aesthetic was way ahead of what we have now.
