I just got a Xbox Series S and It won’t connect to wifi

Thankyou for the response, I have other things connected to my WiFi and are having no issues with them so my WiFi is on and working, I even pulled out my Xbox one and it’s having the same issues, I’ve reset my Xbox series s, and It won’t even let me finish the setup stages because it just simply won’t connect.

Please turn off your Xbox by holding the power button for 10 seconds. Unplug the power cable, wait for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. Kindly do the same for your router.

And then refresh network list. Go to Settings > General > Network settings > Set up wireless network. Press the X button to refresh the list of available networks.

Next is to manually enter your SSID by selecting "Add wireless network".

Then check for interference. Please make sure that there are no walls or metal objects blocking the signal between your Xbox and the router. As well as other wireless devices like headsets can also cause interference.

If the issue persist after performing the troubleshooting steps, kindly connect your Xbox directly to the router with an Ethernet cable to see if it resolves the issue.

I have the same question has anyone figured it out . I also bought a Xbox series s and I also have to live in extended stay America and it won’t pick up the WiFi or load atleast . How can I get connected to there WiFi

connection was fine yesterday it just happened today.

i have a xbox series s.

im with sky for wifi sadly.

and everything else is connected to the internet fine.

I’m having the same issue. I got a series X about 2 weeks ago and it won’t stay connected to WiFi. It usually will only hold connection for a few minutes, anywhere from 2-20 maybe? A couple times it has maintained connection for multiple hours though that is very rare. It sits next to my Xbox One X and a few feet from my PS5, all of which connect to the same WiFi network without issue. Due to location of the router, a hardwire connection isn’t possible.
