Firstly, can you confirm if you have installed Minecraft on your new laptop? If not, you can download it from the Microsoft Store. Here are the steps to download Minecraft from the Microsoft Store:

3. Click on the "Minecraft for Windows 10" option.

4. Click on the "Get" button to download and install the app.



If you have already installed Minecraft on your new laptop and it's still not opening, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:

I got a new computer and I tried to sign into my account, but it is not letting me sign into it it's just saying it can't sync

I printed your response to Jgross1 on December 5, 2023 regarding transferring info from my old computer with Windows 10 for Jigsaw Puzzles to a new computer with Windows 11. I followed your steps to sync the old jigsaw game from my old device to my new computer..

I followed step one. In step 1 there were no dots in the top right corner. So, I tried step 3 clicking on sync , clicking on settings but there was no sync option. From that point I did not have a clue what to do. Can you help me?

Hi, nope. Old computer was a laptop running Windows 10. This is a new computer running Windows 11. Fresh install, nothing moved from the laptop to the computer. Just logged in to Microsoft to set up the PC, download office, and then opened the xbox app. Oked all logins from the authenticator on my phone. Tried to install Forza, waited a year and a day, and now receiving that error message.

Does it need to be uninstalled from my laptop?
