I just dropped my Xbox one s and I hear rattling noise. What do i do?

I'm sorry that your Xbox has fallen, it may be working fine, but some part is surely loose, therefore over time it can have consequences no matter how minimal they may be.

It is recommended to go to an Xbox support center so that they can repair your console or at least be able to check what has happened.

If you have an active warranty, the repair would be free, otherwise you would have to pay a fee for the repair.

At least for my own Xbox One X, it should make a continuous "whoosh" noise when the fan spins up. Depending on the game, it can be relatively quiet, or jumping up and down in speed, or remain somewhat high.

I saw your video, but I didn't hear any rattling in particular. Do you hear the same noise when the Xbox is placed on different surfaces? I'm wondering if the rattling you hear might be coming from other loose things sitting on your desk?

What kind of noise? Do you hear rattling, like a piece of something broke off inside the controller?

When you hear the noise just try holding the hard drive slot cover and see if the noise still happens, they sometimes aren't completely secure and will rattle a little bit.
