    You won't be able to call directly the support, you will have to sign in to Contact us | Xbox Support, press the "contact us" button and follow the instructions to either request a call-back or get hold of an online representative.

    Ughh.. i hate calling support, it takes like an hour to get somebody..iv'e called 3 times and stayed on the phone for atleast 30 mins per call and they never answered..

    i called microsoft a couple of days ago, they said it was not fixed because the warranty sticker had been tampered with and now it is void!! its a load of crap! i have never touched this xbox its always just been sitting collecting dust for a couple months!
