    I just bought the game (FH5), and I cannot play it. It won't let me go past the start...


    There's no indicator or button or setting I can click on to link one. The website link in unusable for whatever reason and there needs to be a way to link it outside of the game, right?

    Steps to try to resolve the issue:

    Sign in to your Microsoft account on the Xbox app:

    If you are playing on PC, open the Xbox app and make sure you are signed in to your Microsoft account.

    If you are playing on Xbox, make sure the correct account is signed in on your console.

    Try restarting the game and/or console/PC: A simple restart can resolve temporary issues.

    Uninstall and reinstall the game:

    Uninstall Forza Horizon 5 from your console or PC.
