I just bought Minecraft Dungeons and it crashes every time.

Hi, I preordered MC Dungeons yesterday (25/5 2020) and today when the game realesed i started it, got inside the game, made my charactar and when i pressed play offline it crashed after loading for a few seconds, same thing happened when I started it and
pressed play online instead. What do I do?

Iv checked for updates on my gpu drivers, my pc drivers, uppdated my motherboard, my cpu has been updated aswell, iv restarted my computer multiple times and it still does not work. Iv even logged in and out from microsoft account and xbox account on my
pc, and reinstalled the game 3 times and it still..does...not...work. What do I do?

I'm playing on PC via Game Pass and the game just fully shuts down every 15 minutes exactly. I have tried some "fixes" but none work.

I am using an nvidia card with latest drivers, as i have seen that mentioned in other forums. Id like to play but having to redo everything after a crash isnt fun to do...

I would definitely try to re-download the game. Thankfully it is not a big file to do so, but it is possible that something happened when you initially installed the game and this might fix it. Not the best solution but that’s the first one I would go with

I would suggest canceling your membership and getting a refund. I don't know if this product was rushed or what but between possibly deleting your SSD and the constant crashing, this game is a joke. I think all the good people must have been working
on something else and this was made by the janitor and the cleaning lady. It is a terrible product and does not work properly. Get your money back and move on to something better.
