hi i just bought an Xbox one s off the the website on Jan.23 It said that I would get 50000 reward points for buying an Xbox one s. I got the halo and gears bundle storm grey edition. How do I redeem those points? Or where do I get them from? I live in Canada

what games do you play most on xbox live and do you have any other game system

i only have a xbox 360 never had any issues with it only had one RROD on me 6 years ago then 2 years ago bought an xbox 360 slim and its still going strong replaced the contolers a few times do to the buttons wearing out but i get a walmart service plan
that alows u to replace the controllers one time for 5 bucks.

i mostly play halo4,halo reach netflix youtube and afew other apps and stream from other computers, i dont like playstation or wii

just hope that the next xbox concole will be able to use the games that we have now

I upgraded to a One X from a 360 and I didn`t realise everything had to be downloaded either. And my first game install was Halo 5 and that was a whopping 107GB.

The following day I went out and bought a Seagate Xbox 2TB external HDD.

No more buying a new game and having a quick go, lol

so is there an advantage to having an "XBOX HDD" rather than say a 'WD HDD'?

It`s just a licensed external HDD that is manufactured by Seagate for the Xbox, it`s green and says Xbox on the front. They do one for the PS as well, only in blue.

You can use any external HDD as long as it is USB 3.0.

I only bought it as I managed to get it at a reduced price as I had some vouchers for the store I bought it from.

Problem Solved! All I did was return this Xbox, got all my money back and bought one from Best Buy instead WORKS GREAT! (The Xbox I bought was from Walmart, and I've been reading that people buying Xbox 360 from Walmart get this Staus Code Too.)

I just don't see the point of pre ordering anymore unless the bonuses you get are worth it and in Halo 5's case, they are not worth it to me.

I've had this problem and think I've found the source of it. I just bought a new because the old one couldn't read discs. Is your HDD a legitimate Microsft HDD intended for use with Xbox 360 or Xbox 360 s? If not i think the updates are somehow rejecting
the use of non certified HDD's. if you didn't buy your HDD from a reputable retailer (i.e. Walmart, Gamestop) I don't think games will play after they get updated. I think they did this to combat fake HDD's since regular CPU hard drives are now compatible
with Xbox 360 S. I'm about to purchase a HDD from Walmart and see if the problems continues and let you know what happened.
