I just bought a new Xbox series x and it doesn't work. When I try to start it takes a long time to load and after that not even my Manu loads and it gives me the message something went wrong and a error code error code 0x8027025a. I tried everything I've seen online but still nothing. I don't know what to do please help.

You can try the solutions HERE but if they don't work then take it back to where you got it from & get it exchanged for a different one as you've just bought it.

Had the exact same issue. You’ve got to get a USB and go onto a laptop or PC with windows format the USB to FAT32 and then download the offline Xbox update. Then plug that USB into the Xbox and click on the update. Worked straight away for me even when everyone else said there’s nothing you can do and you have to take it back.

I just bought a brand new Xbox One X, but when I go to the store, Flight Simulator and other Xbox Series X/S games say they are "not playable on this device" and I can't get Flight Simulator to install on my brand new Xbox One X because it says it's "not compatible". Very frustrating.

So you bought an Xbox One X and expected to be able to play an Xbox Series X game on it?

Why would a game made for an Xbox Series X work on an Xbox One X?

If you want to play Xbox Series X/S games I would take your brand new Xbox One X back to the store you bought it and see if they will take it back and you could try and buy an Xbox Series S (Series X consoles are very hard to find, but a Series S can be found fairly easilly)
