Nothing works. It seems that the wireless bluetooth has horrible quality compared to wired. So I just remain using an extended USB cord instead to get the higher quality audio.

Thanks for getting back with us. Have you already attempted to turn off Spatial audio for your wireless headset? To access the spatial audio button, click the "start button" followed by "sound" and then select the audio device that you want to configure. Once you have selected your audio device if you scroll to the bottom, you should see an area for spatial audio where you have an option to the right to turn this feature off. I would also recommend turning off "Enhanced Audio" as well just to make sure that there is no interference at all.
