    No matter how many times i try i cant play any games cause it says i dont own then and i am in the right account and it continues to bug out ARK: Survival Ascended is currently not available in your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Store and try again. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001

    We understand that you're trying to access your game when you are seeing the error code: 0x803F8001. This usually indicates that there is an issue with the licensing of the game.

    To resolve this issue, please try the following steps:



    1. Make sure that you are signed into the Microsoft Store with the account that you used to purchase the game.

    2. Check if there are any pending updates for the game and install them.

    3. Please try power cycle:

    • Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds.
    • The console will turn off.
    4. If the issue persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

    5. If you purchased other games, please try to install if you are having same issue with other games.

    Based on your reply to HomegrownSilky, you use to play this game before, and you are using PC.

    1. Make sure you know your account credentials. You may sign in through this link: Microsoft account | Home.
    2. To check account's order history ti see the gae title,
    3. If you can, please select security tab on the page to secure your account.
    4. Try launching Microsoft Store and sign out the account.
    5. On Xbox app too, sign out your account.
    6. Update your PC and restart.
    7. Launch Microsoft Store and sign in with the account that previously purchased ARK: Survival Ascended.
    8. Launch Xbox app and sign in with our account

    To further isolate your issue, you may install other games to see, if you can try installing these two games from Microsoft Store.

    Just to be sure, where are you trying to play it? It looks like it is only available for PC and the Series consoles. It also needs an Xbox subscription (Core or Ultimate). I assume you have a subscription as well?
