I just bought a console and it is banned i bought it from good will how can this be fix

Console bans cannot be removed. You'd have to see if you can return it.

if it is from a banned console I do not think you can as any data that you try to transfer from a banned system to a non banned system will show up as corrupt. but I think you can redownload anything from the marketplace as long as you are signed into the
account that bought/downloaded it in the first place, good luck.

There are a few reasons that a console ban can occur, including if the person was cheating games or account sharing. The person you bought it from did something of the sort and got their console banned. Unfortunately, there won't be much you can do to
get the console working now. A console ban is permanent, as far as I know. I would go back to the owner and try to get a refund, if you can. Good luck.
