i installed hbo on my xbox then when i opened it it disappeared and uninstalled itself

Sorry to hear that the issue is continuing to occur! When you get a chance, please go ahead and try the following steps:

• From the Home screen, navigate to My games & apps.
• Under apps, select HBO GO.
• Press the Menu button and select Manage app.
• Select the HBO GO app and then select Uninstall.
• After you have uninstalled the app, press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
  
• Once your console has powered off, wait 5 minutes.
• Power on your console and navigate to My games & apps.
• Scroll to the right and under Ready to Install, select HBO GO.
• Press the Menu button and select Install.
• Once the app has installed, try opening it to see if the issue continues to occur.

Me too man i cant open any games it says i dont own them i uninstalled an old game and it disappeared from the ready to install completely

I downloaded, installed and tried to start. The opening page came up "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare" but then it disappeared, shutting down. According to Microsoft Store my computer meets the standards needed to run the program. What next? I tried to start from program itself and Xbox console companion.

I'm having this problem as well for the last several days. I've uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. I'm on Comcast and have a steady fast connection. I can connect to hbo go from a PC on the same network, so I don't think this is network related. (For
kicks I pointed my xbox to a public DNS server to see if that made a difference, and it didn't.)

Anyone have any ideas?
