I installed fifa 17 but it always blocks in the load what should i do please

1. boot the xbox one with internet connected

2. remove the bluray app ( if already installed)

3. install the bluray app

4. insert fifa 17 disc

5. xbox one says there are updates available for nba2k15. accept these updates

6. install fifa 17, it will error on 5%.
