Have you tried to add your Microsoft Account directly in the phone setting? maybe in this way the launcher see it

I don't know of a way to add a Microsoft account directly to an Android phone. I already have Outlook, Xbox Companion App, and the Microsoft Launcher app signed in with my Microsoft account.

I have this issue too with my Xbox One X and the Android GamePass app. This used to work however something must have changed in either my Dashboard (Preview Alpha) or the Android app. Strangely enough, the Android GamePass app is able to uninstall items
on my console and record the installation progress when I manually install GamePass games on my console.

I have reported this issue both on the GamePass app and via console Insider Hub report feature.

Launcher 7 for Android for those who want to know how mango on win phones works..

try bluestacks and install the xbox app from the playstore and you can stream again, also works on my android phone so i use android on my win10 pc. not perfect, but it works.

Checked Android forums to no avail.

I haven't been able to login on both xbox and game pass apps for about a month.

I've tried:

- uninstalling and reinstalling both apps.

- logging out of MS launcher.

- turning off WiFi and using 4G.

- Logging on using my phone's Web browser (which I can BTW but it didn't change the response from the apps)

- Checking the settings on my xbox one.

- Changing the clock to 24h time.

Can someone from Microsoft at least check the error code and tell me what the problem is?
