    Can’t dowload my games

    okay so I had skate 3 installed but could not go onto the online feature so my friend said reinstall it. So I unsistalled it and now when I try to reinstall the game it either doesn’t download at all, stays at 0 or says installation stopped. please help

    app has died

    When I look in the app store it shows I have Magic Jigsaw installed. When I look on my list of apps installed it does not show. It will not allow me to reinstall it and will not allow me to play it. All I get is a black screen. I need to reinstall it
    as I have made purchases.

    I need help to reinstall the app.

    just to make sure, what your saying is delete all 2k15 data, go offline, do a hard reboot, and try to install again?

    Thanks for trying to help out, I selected the update later option a few times, same result. Tried out another game and it installed and updated with no issue however when trying again with WWE 2K15 it stopped working again at the same spot. Seems to be
    something with that game in particular

    I have the Xbox One NBA 2K15 DVD seconde new one and the installation is not working and is stopping all the time :-(

    i can't install nba 2k15

    update: got beyond the 4%!

    steps:

    1. boot the xbox one with internet connected

    2. remove the bluray app

    3. install the bluray app

    4. insert nba 2k15 disc

    5. xbox one says there are updates available for nba2k15. accept these updates

    6. install nba 2k15, it will error on 4%.

    7. remove nba 2k15 completely

    8. install nba 2k15, it probably will use the updates / download from internet instead using the disc.

    9. wait an aeon since it's only on 6% (half an hour).

    don't know if this is going to work for complete installation but, i'm at 7% now.
