I imported a custom Minecraft skin into mobile on my Microsoft account and it won’t show up...

Sorry to say but skins imported on mobile phones aren’t uploaded to the cloud. This means that you can only use this skin in your phone :c

I don’t have the answer, only the developer knows that.
You can try asking this to the developer , in this case Mojang to see if they have a reason

I went on minecraft's official page, and you CANNOT add ANY custom skins on Xbox, you can ONLY add custom skins on Bedrock for pc, mobile, and Chromebook

I’m sorry you went through all that effort to make your custom skin, only for it not to show up on Xbox. I’ve dealt with this before, too, and it can be so frustrating.

The reason you can’t use your uploaded skin on Xbox is that custom skin uploads are only supported on Minecraft for Windows and mobile (Bedrock Edition). Xbox, PlayStation, and Switch versions are more restricted due to platform policies. Even if your accounts are synced, Xbox won’t carry over or display those custom .png skins, instead, it just defaults to a random look from the Character Creator.

Turning off “Trusted Skins Only” helps for seeing friends’ skins, but it doesn’t override the Xbox’s limits on what can be used locally.

If you want to wear a custom-looking skin on Xbox, the only workaround is to recreate your design using the in-game Character Creator, or find a similar design through the Minecraft Marketplace.

Hey sorry to bother you but I just recently lost my orange creeper cape on Minecraft and I was wondering on why that occurred and it won’t show up in my cape selection slot .
