I I accidentally deleted my 2K character in 2K 25 and I really want it back. Could you help?

2k23 i spent 50 dollars on 2k on a build and I accidentally deleted it when I already spent it on the build. I want a refund because i don’t know how to get my vc back and I really need it. So if I can get my money back to redo everything and get my build than that would really help.

I thought all the saves were synced to the cloud?

Unfortunately, your character I believe is not a cloud save. I believe it has something to do with the 2K servers. The reason I say this, is if you are connect to Xbox Live but not the 2K Game server, your character is no longer there. So I believe you have
removed your character from the 2K server. Much like Division, when you create a character and delete it, it will not be in your cloud save files. The only thing I can suggest is exactly what XBF Amber M stated. Your only luck is to contact 2K Support, although

Hi i deleted my acount i would like to get my 2k my players back

I think i may have a solution. So yesterday my 2k My Career file said it was unreadable or damaged. I went to system settings on my xbox and then storage. I went to my 2k files and deleted the file labled "Corrupted File". I went back onto 2k and my player
was working and everything. Im not sure if this works or not but you should try it. I also cleared my system cache but im not sure if that did anything
