I honestly don't know where to post this

Really, all I wanted was to get on the support chat, and they'd be able to solve my problem in ten minutes. My new problem is when I try to do that, it asks me to input my name and email, which Autofill from my account, so I can't edit them/ But it leaves
both name boxes completely blank. So when I fill out the rest of the information, it says I have left fields unfilled, but I can't fill them. It's very frustrating. This is also the case if I try and get a support phone call. So now here I am, with a new problem
and no specific forum to post it.

My original problem was that I needed to change the Xbox Live profile connected to my Xbox account. Right now it's a gamertag that is not mine, and I don't know where it came from.

Be sure that the region in the bottom left corner matches your region, otherwise it will show the wrong Phone number.

I do advise contacting Xbox Support regarding the issue, they should be able to check if the other profile is still there and provide the exact steps on how to move this account away.
