i hawe bought minecraft on the xbox app with any paysafecard but it somehow dosent show up...

Sorry to hear you're having trouble. Just to confirm, are you playing on PC or Xbox? Basing on the screenshot you attached, you may have purchased the Xbox version of Minecraft. The PC version is called, "Minecraft: Java & Bedrock Edition for PC". Kindly try to confirm from the links below.

If you are on an Xbox console, kindly try to power cycle if it's giving you demo.

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds. Be sure to wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

3. Plug the console power cable back in.

4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on. Please check if the issue will persist.

It dosent say that i purchased the game. I bought prison architect and it dosent show up on the list of purchases.

Why have the update. When the app dosent show up.

yes like i wrote, the xbox app, shows "see in microsoft", if i push it, it opens microsoft store, where i can then install it, but the installed game dosent show up in the xbox app, ill have to play it from the microsoft store.

It dosent even show up in my download history but i know i bought it awhile back, same account and everything.
