    At this point i dont know if is too late to ask this but i will do it just in case that isn´t too late, well, when i was looking for the new cape for voting in the mob vote i realize that i dont have the vanilla cape, this was weird because i bought both minecraft java and bedrock before the date that was told, at this point i think is to late because is been a long time , but i have a bitof hope, anyone know whats happening?

    I'm afraid it all depends on Mojang. I highly recommend you take a screenshot of your order number for Minecraft: Java Edition and Minecraft: Bedrock on your Microsoft account order history (account.microsoft.com > payment and billing > order history > select the date of range when you purchased the game) as a proof to Mojang that your account should be eligible for the Vanilla cape promotion.

    According to the official Minecraft article about the Vanilla cape, “if you owned both Java and Bedrock Edition on PC on a single account before June 6, 2022 (whether by purchase or by code redemption)”, “Starting Wednesday, August 31, we will be rolling out this ravishing reward to players throughout the week. Since capes are tricky to stitch together, don’t panic in case your reward doesn’t show up right away. Just keep calm and build a dirt house in the meantime”.

    Hey Vic, thanks for reaching out for help on the forums. I'm sorry you're dealing with this confusion about the Minecraft Vanilla cape.

    From what I gathered, to be eligible for the Vanilla cape, you needed to own both Java and Bedrock on the same Microsoft account before June 6, 2022. Since you bought them on different accounts, unfortunately, you wouldn’t qualify. The cape can’t be transferred between accounts either.
