I haven't received the Brother to the end and Vintage Del DLC even though I pre ordered it.

I have contacted Xbox support twice and they gave me set of instruction, the first time, the instruction were to reinstall the game and check my ' ready to install section' and today I was told to visit this Forum.

I hope you can resolve my issue. Thanks

Unable to download Gears of War 'Brothers to the End' pre-order gear packs | error code 0x87e0012c

Pre-ordered and preloaded gears of war 4 ultimate edition sucessfully, but I got the error code 0x87e0012c when the bundle tried installing the pre-order bonus content 'brothers to the end' and vintage del elite gear packs.

Gears of war 4 Pre order content missing

I was told by xbox support to post here. I pre ordered gears of war 4 on the 10th, downloaded it the 11th. When I go play I am not able to find my pre order content.

The only thing I recieved was the gears of war: ultimate edition character pack. None of the gears of war 4 content is accessible to me. I had already made one post about this but it is either deleted or it vanished because when I go to view my posts it
is gone. I would appreciate the items that I paid for. Thank you.

I am missing the Brothers to the end gear pack and also the vintage del gear pack

To check, did you purchase the game digitally or did you purchase a physical copy of the game? If it was a physical copy you would need to contact the retailer you purchased from. Keep us in the loop

I preorderd a physical copy from Microsoft store and I'm still missing my Pre order bonus Brothers to the end gear pack that was promised to all pre orders.

Yesterday I recived 4 codes for Gears 1-3 and Judgement which I got a code for in my disc and thats not what I'm asking for.

All I whant is my pre order DLC pack.

@Vu3n0x No I got no codes at all other than the previous games DLC. Vintage Del was apparently an Amazon exclusive in the UK that too was a nonsense as that was announced for all pre-orders at E3.

Hey there fire31337,

To clarify, with the Vintage Del Gear Pack. It's labeled as "Adam Fenix" on the console in the ready to install section. So as long as you have the Adam Fenix pack installed on the console, you should be able to use the Vintage Del character inside the game.
To locate it, Head to the Main Menu then click on Customization. From this screen click on your Character and you should find Vintage Del in the Character List as a Legendary Pre-order.

Can you please check and confirm that you have the Adam Fenix pack installed on the console and the Vintage Del character inside the game?
