I haven't recieved my Xbox Rewards Currency yet...

My support number from Xbox Support, that I already contacted, is 1428267677.

Anyways, I submitted an early deposit around May 25th or May 27th and I had over 11,000 credits.. I still haven't received those credits yetonto my account...

I already contacted Xbox LIve Support and they told me to request a support page to the Xbox Rewards forum. Is there any way you guys could help me? Thanks.

Hi support

I haven't recieved my warframe freedom reward yet, even though i did more than 5 achivements, and yes i am registred to the xbox live reward system. Six days left untill its gone, need help please.

Deposit requests are only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's so you can have them deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. It would not have been possible to submit a request if you had over 11,000.
If you redeemed credits with gems, they would be scheduled to be deposited around June 15

I looked up your account and you should receive your deposit, when the Pay out cycle runs. Deposit Request does not speed up the process, it just allows people to get a deposit made, when they have less than 5,000 credits.

Were you able to confirm that it's showing on your order history as "completed"?

Also, what is the title of the item?

Yes, it says I have redeemed it and the title is "Carbon Flight Bundle"

Oh, I got one as well from Xbox. It's for the game Overwatch 2 and it should be visible inside your game immediately.

If it's still not showing up, you may need to reach out to Blizzard.
