i havent recieved my rainbowsix vegas codes

i have qwrote 2 posts on the rainbow six seige forum page but i have not got my codes and i bought the game digitally on the 26th of december 2015 and still havent

Purchased TC's RainbowSix Siege, haven't recieved the codes for TC's RainbowSix Vegas & TC's RainbowSix Vegas 2 yet. 10 days since purchase

 

Tom Clancy Rainbow Six Siege..Game Codes for Vegas 1 and 2?

I still havent recieved my game codes for the Tom Clancy Rainbowsix vegas 1 and 2 that i am supposed to get with my Tom Clancy Rainbow Six Siege purchase. Please help. Its been more than 10 days.

 

I have not received mine either. December 22, 2015

 

Make that 4. But look, Microsoft doesn't care.

 

Instead of giving us the codes within the time they said (7-10 days) they're just going to ignore us until they finally 'release the batch of codes' which no one knows when that is. Probably in 2 more weeks, wouldn't surprise me. I contacted support about
5 times yesterday, spent 5 hours trying to get my codes because I would like a working game since siege rarely worKS for me, one person said it would take 6 to 8 weeks, another said that they don't know what's happening, another just said to keep waiting
and if you don't receive it by Monday let us know! But we all know Microsoft, we all know we won't get it on Monday and then we will be stuck in the same problem as I have been in the passed 3 days.

 

i have had a few phonecalls and a few hours in a chat with a lovely women from the xbox community and still no codes or even an email to say look im very sorry sir but your codes will take this long to arrive

 

Me too. Its disgusting how this is advertised on the xbox store but doesnt turn up and no one at xbox wants to accept responsibility. The support people i have talked to may well have been asleep for the help they offered

 

I got told to wait till the 24th of jan till i can call again! Thats almost a month after purchase

 

Wow. Microsoft needs to hire some Microsoftware Programmers to automate the process of releasing promotional codes.

It sounds like someone is hand writing the orders and we'll get them delivered to us buy a postman on horseback!
