I haven't recieved Gears of War 1-3 and Judgement code

I redeemed Gears of War Ultimate at 10/23/2015, and played online game at 11/12/2015,but I didn't recieve 1-3 code.

I had purchased Gears of War 1 Ultimate Edition for Xbox One. When you play the game it is supposed to send download / redeem codes for Gears of War 2, 3, and Judgement. I have recieved the redeem codes for Gears of War 3 & Judgement within two weeks of
purchase, but I have not reviced the Gears of War 2 redeem code yet, and it has been 5 months.

 

Gears of war CODE never recieved

I purchased an xbox one gears of war ultimate edition and I recieved the code to download gears of war 3 and judgement but I never recieved the code for gears of war 2. What can I do to get the code for Gears of war 2?
