    Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

    Your region is not eligible for Xbox Live Rewards, so it is not possible to earn any Credits from us. Your region is a part of the Microsoft Rewards program. This migration to the Microsoft Rewards program appeared as popups on all Australian users Rewards
    page for the past three months, and was also communicated to your billable account email. As outlined in those communications, all your Rewards Activity was transferred to the Microsoft Rewards program, and your Credits were immediately deposited.

    I've been screwed out of my 2% back for two months now. Last month somebody on here told me that I didn't get mine for March because I opted-into some other offer ...which is a complete lie. When I asked for details I got no response.

    I can't wait to hear what the excuse is this month.
