    I have also not received my gears of war collection and I pre-ordered the game from the Microsoft Xbox One Store Digitally.

    From what I have read we should receive the codes with 7 - 10 days from when we first played it.

    Those codes are being sent out in waves. If you don't receive them 7-10 days after the date you redeemed your code for Gears of War 4, please post up a new thread and we'll look into it for you then.
