    You need to pack the controller in a box, print the shipping label (if you haven't received it yet, you will receive it within 48 hours) and stick the label in the box and take it to the company that was selected for shipping. If you selected UPS, you have to take it to a UPS center for shipping.

    If you've set up a repair at devicesupport.microsoft.com then please check the email associated with your gamertag for a shipping label. Once you've received it you can
    pack up the controller and send it off. When Xbox receives it they will send you the repaired controller

    Everytime I've had to book a repair I've had the shipping label within about 30 minutes but I've never booked a repair at the weekend
