    i havent received credits in 3 months and ive spent a lot of money why havent i gotten it?

    Haven't received credits.

    I haven't received all credits for completing FrankenRewards in the month of October. I received 1,000 credits for completing part 3. I have not received credits for completing the other parts yet.

    Hello Big Liter,

    We see that you received payback for your December purchases. In January, your only purchase was a pre-order, which is not eligible for MyVIP. Regarding February, we have not calculated payback for that month. From the FAQ:

    When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

    The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
    terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
    MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!
