    I haven't received the prize for January's XBox Quest


    Hi, I haven't received a prize for completing January's Xbox Quest and I'm sure I completed the goals. Any assistance is appreciated.

    5 Achievements

    11 earned in Deadfall Adventures from 01/01 - 01/02

    10 hours MP

    Played at least 12 hours of Forza Motorsport 5

    Log in to app 3 times

    Downloaded and logged in more than required.

    Gold & Game pass quests summer edition

    í completed last weeks quests for both game pass and xbox live gold. I haven't received Survival DLC, for Tom Clancy's The Division a Game pass Quest. I have also not received my Xbox Gold Quest Prize.

    technically MP time was December but January was "Play 1 or more games for 10 hours" so 12 hours of Forza 5 would still count.

    technically MP time was December but January was "Play 1 or more games for 10 hours" so 12 hours of Forza 5 would still count.

    Since that's part of Xbox Quests and not the Rewards program, Rewards support will not be able to assist. Keep in mind that prizes from quests are given within the following month. So if that is the quest for December, you will receive the prizes in January.
    If you don't receive anything by the end of January, you will need to post in the sales and promotions forum.
