    I Haven't Received the Obsidian Six Pack


    Hi!

    A week ago, I joined the Sea of Thieves livestream on Twitch and won the Obsidian Six Pack. They gave me the code and told me to put it in at redeem.microsoft.com, which I did. I have been waiting to see if it'll eventually add to my game, but I don't think
    it's working. I looked up what the problem could be, and all I could find were that my Microsoft, Xbox, and Steam accounts might not be linked or under the same account. They are all under the same email that I use for my Microsoft account. I'm not really
    sure what the problem might be otherwise, and I was only able to redeem the code the one time. Is there anything I can do to still receive my items, or did I do something wrong to mess it up?

    Yeah, I've restarted all applications in which I've signed with this account, and still nothing shows. I suppose I just need to wait longer. I just hope that there isn't anything wrong with me using a Protonmail account rather than a Hotmail or other Microsoft
    account. It hasn't been an issue previously.

    Hello. Did you just use it this evening? I've seen some codes take a few hours to activate in-game. I've been told, depending on the game, sometimes it could take up to an entire day. This could be taking longer if you haven't fully shut down the game
