I haven't received the credits for buying a game or renewing my Xbox 360 gold

I haven't received the credits I was supposed to for renewing my Xbox 360 gold or for purchasing a game in the Xbox store

Havent gotten any rewards points

Hi Xbox Rewards Team, Im here because over the past year i haven't gotten any rewards from buying things over the xbox store and for renewing my gold membership. I've spent over $200 USD and haven't gotten any rewards points, the only points I've received
are from the surveys that Ive have done

hi i noticed i haven't been accumulating credit points for doing the task. i have been renewing gold an buying games but i have yet to get any points its been saying 0-1,000 for the past 5 months maybe more.

 

As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

As far as purchases, are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from?

 

I asked Microsoft and they told me other wise that you can get credits for that I'm trying to get enough to change my gamer tag

 

Phone and chat support do not handle the rewards program so they do not have correct information regarding the program. All offers for earning credits are listed on the Missions page of the rewards site. In order to receive credits, your purchases either
have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

I can confirm Smwutches responses. Furthermore, I see that you are not a Rewards member, so you are currently not eligible for any Credits.
