I haven't received the codes that were supposed to be sent to download gears of wars 2,3 ...

I bought this game back in 08/25/2015 at 4:35 PM. I bought it at a GameStop located in 1332 S Plano, Rd Richardson, TX 75081. Who sold it to me is Yesdaniel (according to the ticket.) The last time I posted someone said I wasn't specific enough.

I have contacted Microsoft 3 times and they don't know how to fix this.

Be advised, my user name is BIG POPPA USA. I used to have , but that is my account that I used in Mexico.

Please fix this issue and send me the codes to download gears of war 2,3 and judgement. I repeat, I bought the Gears of War Ultimate Edition and I haven't received the codes to download the games. And my username is BIG POPPA USA.

Gears of War Ultimate edition- never received codes for Gears 2,3and judgment.

I purchased Gears of War Ultimate edition in August of 2015 and still did not received my codes for Gears 2,3 and Judgement. Codes were never sent via email or xbox one messages.Thank you.

 

Never received my Gears of war Backwards compatible game codes

I purchased and played Gears of War Ultimate edition and played live multiplayer before December 31, 2015 and never received my codes to download the gears of war, 2,3, and judgement as stated on the website. Support sent me here to request the codes.

 

Did you check the system msgs not the contacts to contact ones
