I haven't received the codes for Alan wake

I pre order Quantum Break and I only received the code for Alan wake American nightmare. today I read on the web that I should get also codes for Alan wake and all its DLC. I remember that I get a massage via my xbox with American nightmare codes only and
redeem the code and delete the massage. could any one help my retrieve Alan Wake codes.

I haven't received the Alan Wake code either. I checked the shop again and Alan Wake is part of the sale while American Nightmare was the preorder.

I bought quantum break and was suppose to get the pc and the xbox one verison, plus alan wake. I only received the alan wake game, haven't gotten the pc code yet.

Same here! I preordered well before the game came out and still haven't received my code for Windows 10! (Or Alan Wake for that matter.)

I've redeem the code in the xbox store the 15TH of April,you have written that the codes for Alan Wake,Alan Wake American Nightmere and Quantum Break for windows 10 are free if you buy the game since the 5th of April until the the 7th o July,instead i haven't
receive nothig ,i want you send me the codes as you say.
