I haven't received one of my MixPot rewards after waiting a week

    I haven't received one of my MixPot rewards after waiting a week


    Watched the Game Awards and received the mixer notifications for the "Warframe Prestige Pack DLC" and "Forza Motorsport 7 unique driver suit" on 9 December. I already have the "Halo Wars 2 Kinsano leader" from the E3 Mixpot.

    As of today I still have not received the final Mixpot reward "Goat Simulator".

    Any help would be appreciated,

    Inside Xbox Rewards Not Received

    Hello, I was told after the day was over to create a post if I still hadn't received my Mixpot rewards from the Inside Xbox stream. Its been a week and I still haven't received them.

    I haven't received my Mixpot reward for the outer wilds but i have recieved some of the other mixpot rewards. Are they still rolling out?

    Hey there,

    If you already own Goat Simulator, whether purchased or redeemed through the Games with Gold program, you would not receive another copy through the TGA MixPot.

    Just to be clear I did not want "another copy", I just expected to get upgraded to a full licence which would allow me to play without an active gold subscription.

    The full licence is the same thing as everyone who did not "own" the Games With Gold licence received.

    Currently the Microsoft Store wants to charge me AU$13.45 to receive this licence which was given away as part of the TGA Mixpot to some users.

    Also Microsoft Store notes that "You can play this game for now or buy to own." Implying that I do not "own" the game.

    Could you please clear up these things for me?

    As mentioned before, if you have already redeemed Goat Simulator through Games with Gold, you would not have received Goat Simulator through the MixPot during TGA. We apologize for any frustration this may have caused, but we're unable to provide Goat Simulator
    in this scenario.

    Just contacted Mixer on twitter about this (Mixer on Twitter) and they said to come here. I do not currently have Xbox Live Gold and now my licence is worthless, any help would be appreciated.

    You should receive your mixpot reward within a week of the event. I would wait a few more days for the code to arrive.
