missing reward points

ive been a member for 6 years and i havent received reward credidits in acouple of years. there was an offer in 2014. that if you bought a system around xmas that you would receive 15000 points and i bought an xbox 1 for xmas that year and i havent received
any rewards or credits . i would appreciate any assistance. i didnt know to contact anyone on this until i got assistance today from xbox support.

I've been using Bing/Microsoft rewards for years now.

Great service! Bing is my go to regardless of the rewards anyway.

I havent payed for xbox live gold in years. Join microsoft rewards and spend 5 minutes a day to search on bing and you will get enough points to pay gor xbox live (and game pass) in no time. I have 3 years banked and am saving up for scarlet now.

if they all have different email addresses and have played a match on xboxlive they all should receive a code to the email addresses
