I haven't received my Xbox Rewards credits!?!

If you preordered digitally on or after October 1, the purchase would have counted towards your Games on Demand punch card and you would need to make 2 other eligible purchases in order to complete that offer and receive credits. There have not been any
offers just for that game.

From the previously available FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

You can review when your Credits were pending, as well as when you had 5000 pending, on the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can also see your deposit as currency from the Microsoft Commerce page. Please note that due to the large volume of deposits,
your deposit will occur around the 15th, including up to a few days before or after that date. You received your deposit on the 17th.

These are all the transactions that I believe that I haven't gotten rewards points credited. I am mostly concerned about not receiving the 15,000 rewards points from Xbox Design Lab.

As of July 1st, 2014 we are no longer rewarded for renewing Xbox Live Gold. As for your purchases, which promotion are you looking for credits for? Not all purchases will qualify for rewards, and some purchases only qualify for specific rewards (such as
MyVip or a Monthly Mission). We are not rewarded for MyVip purchases until you reach the minimum spending threshold for your region an earn 1 star. Once you earn 1 star many purchases of launched games, tv shows, movies, or DLC will increase that total. Keep
in mind pre-orders, in-game consumables, physical disc or hardware purchases, and subscriptions do NOT qualify for MyVip. For the monthly missions, those will outline specific purchases that are needed in order to earn rewards.

A member of the staff will be able to review your account in detail and let you know if there are any issues. The staff works Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply to threads. They do not work weekends and they
reply oldest to newest.
