    I haven't received my reward for pre-ordering


    I haven't received my 15,000 reward for pre-ordering 3 games. I made sure the 3 games were on the list. They were Final Fantasy XV, Dead Rising 4, and Resident Evil 7.

    Not getting pre-order rewards

    I do not get rewards for pre-ordering games my friends do but I don't I haven't received any since I pre-ordered Gears of War 4 didn't get that in any after can you please tell me why I'm not receiving my bonuses rewards for pre-ordering games and what can

    The forum you posted in is the Reward Program Discussion forum. It is not monitored by the staff. If you have not already, you need to re-post your topic but change the Forum Type to "Support" then they will be able to assist you.

    Once you do that, keep in mind it takes 1-2 business days for the staff to reply and they only work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST. They do not work weekends.

    There were some issues with RE7 registering, so when you post there they will be able to update you.
