I haven't received my refund from Microsoft even though my item shows it was received by...

I’m sorry to hear you didn’t receive the refund for a returned item yet.
I would like to let you know that at the moment you may need to wait until the return/refund process reflects that Microsoft received the controller.

However, you can try reaching a Microsoft advocate in order to review what options you have.

I want to clarify that as independent advisors, no one here in the forums can review your account or order information.

It can take at least 3 to 5 business days to receive a refund after it has been approved, but depending on the bank it can take longer as well.
