Discus and support I haven't received my reduction code for buying a xbox one in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; Hi, I have asked my reduction code but i haven't received it on my mail,so i have waited 30minutes like they said and nothing.     Havent gotten my EA access code

    i haven't gotten my ea access code for buying a Xbox one before December 31st. i've been told by support that they have been coming late to Canada but i still haven't received mine

    Still didn't received my Forza Horizon 2 code for the October Gamerscore operation.

    Hello,

    I suscribed at The Gamerscore opération that hallowed you to get reductions (up to 110 euros) in September/october 2015. I then received reduction code for a 500Go Xbox one wich I offered to a friend cause i already had a Xbox One. My friend purchased
    his Xbox, and I was informedd that i should receive code to download Forza Horizon 2 within 6 to 8 weeks. It's 2016, and still no code. Can you help me?

    During the french promotion for the Xbox One (use a code regarding your gamingscore tu buy the xbox one), a friend used my code to buy the console. For that, i should have received a code for Gears of War Ultimate for Xbox One but i haven't received it yet.

    Can you check my problem and send me the code to download the game on my Xbox One, please ?

    Same here, I still haven't received a code. My Live ID address is the same, but I had to buy a new console since the one I used in the beta RROD'd since then. Would that make a difference?

    I have the same issue with the Micromania offer (I subscribed at the beginning of november but never receive any code), I should have received a 60€ reduction. I contacted the french support TWICE, The first time they told me that I will receive my code
    soon, and the second time that my case will be treated soon. And finally they told me to come on this forum.

    I pre-ordered back in March and I haven't received a code either. I did receive one for my friend via Xbox Live messages on Friday. I spoke with Microsoft today and they said that codes will be distributed throughout tomorrow. I hope all of us will be
