    I haven't received my gift card


    Hello, back last year I had pre ordered some games and I haven't received the 10 dollar gift card up to now, I took a long time to get back to you about this because you know exams, work all that and only today I got a chance to query about this, someone
    told me that I was supposed to receive it since I had pre ordered halo 5 and bought battlefront, can you please help me?

    3rd time making a post, contacted chat support 5 times and I still haven't gotten an answer on why I haven't received my gift cards yet. I've redeemed the VIP gems over a month ago and still haven't an confirmation emails concerning the gift cards.

    Since the $10 gift card is a promotion from microsoftstore.com, you would need to contact their customer support for assistance. Keep in mind that if you are a rewards member, you would have received 15,000 credits instead of the $10 gift card.

    Well the person who was helping me with this, told me to post here, and I had pre ordered the game from my Xbox itself, so what am I supposed to do?

    The games had to be preordered from microsoftstore.com in order to receive the gift card. Digital orders from the console are not eligible.
