    I haven't received my free 3 month trial tokens for the groove music pass


    I began my free 30 day trial September 1 2017 and was charged $10 on my paypal account October 1 2017 at 12am. i went through all my mail including my spam folders but i never recieved an email containing my 3month free trial tokens. i am working with support
    and they decided to cancel my prescription and refund my money but i am told i will still get the email to redeem my tokens.

    Same here. I signed up in August for FREE 3 months and additionally 3 months for a friend/family and also ZERO from them

    Same here. August 31st. Signup for free 3 months with add 3 months. No token/Serial received. Contacted Support. Kept postponing three times telling me they couldn't find the promotion ???!

    Seems to me, they was done intentionally. They Keep billing me on my credit Card.
