I haven't received my free $10 xbox live card

I bought a 1 month xbox live subscription because I saw this promotion on my dashboard that showed if you go gold you will receive a free $10 xbox live card but when I bought it I didn't received anything and I already spoke to with someone at Microsoft
and I was told I would receive in in 24 - 48 hours and I still haven't gotten anything. I contacted Microsoft again and I was sent here so I could get help to resolve this.

Haven't received 10 dollar gift code that comes with digital purchase

I bought Forza Horizon 3 for my xbox on the microsoft site and it says it comes with a free 10 dollar digital gift card and I haven't received it.

 

Forza 7 and 3 month card promotion

i bought forza motorsport 7 and a 3 month live card under last month promotion. I still haven't received my 3 free month live card.

Are you sure it was 1month because that wouldn't. Make sense as a one months as it wouldn't be free

itwould make a lot more sense as a 1year promotion

Also if you used a prelaid code you forfeit the 10bucks

To qualify for any dashboard promotions deals for membership you must use a validity billing account

Prepaid codes count as previous purchases

 

With prepaid codes the point of sale was when you bought it from the retailer not from the time you enter it

 

I bought it on the dashboard and all it says if you go gold you will get a free $10 xbox live card to buy dlcs or any xbox times.

And you would have minimum requirement like 1year

Are you sure it wasnt a ms store promotion which is running the promotion for preorders

 

I have took pictures of the promotion that said if you go gold you will receive a $10 xbox gift card. I bought it through my debit card. I didn't use a prepaid card.

 

Keep in mind that with dashboard promotions it generally takes about 4 weeks to receive the codes. If you can see the fine print in the pictures you took, it should list the turnaround time there.

 

Since the turn around is 4-6 weeks if most likely not a 1month promotion

Your payment option must remain on file during that time

As mentioned you probably bought the wrong membership

Smwutches and ngocphi are correct that it can take up to 4-6 weeks for the code to deliver to your Xbox Live messages, which should be called out in the terms and conditions.
