    I was Sent by Xbox live Support as I have an edition of FIFA ( Super Deluxe ) which I should of received 8,000 FIFA Points Pack and I Haven't and the Support say I should of recieved them And I Haven't so I need what I paid for.

    Hey, Claytxn! We're unable to confirm that you purchased the Super Deluxe Edition of FIFA 17. If you head to the Commerce site and look at your purchases, do you see the Super Deluxe Edition listed there? If so, can you please post back with a screenshot
    of that? You will need to upload it to a file sharing site of your choice and then post the link back here. We can determine what our next steps are after that. Thanks!
