I haven't received my ebon pistol yet why?

i havent received my ebon pistol yet i dont know why. Because i linked my sot acc to my twitch acc and watched captin falcore for 45 mins than checked my sot there was nothing that was yesterday now i check the next day (today) still nothing. Idk what
to do im worryed that i may have needed to chat atleast once eventhough i couldnt. Can someone explan why this happend?

Sorry dont play it have no idea SOT means sea if theives. Never played. Heres what I found.

You do need to connect your Twitch account to your Sea of Thieves account to receive the item. You can do this any time after the item becomes available to you. None of the streamers on the approved list have a dedicated time
they plan to stream the game, so you may need to browse through the list when the event starts to find one. When you do, flip it on, and have it running the background until you receive the item.

You will receive a notification on Twitch when you have been awarded the items. The items will be added to your account, so all you need to do is log in to the game. If you are already logged in, you’ll need to log out and log back in.

I said i had my stuff setup i did all that i linked my twitch account to my sea of theives account for twitch drops i did all the steps thats why im wondering why i didnt get the reward

Sot means sea of theives this was a twitch drop. I said the game SOT sea of theives
