Discus and support I havent received my credit for the last punch card and im not showing progress on the new one in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; Topic. Also I have 28000 credits that have yet to be deposited into my account.     I have written a few times. I participated in the last Games On Demand Punch Card and never received my 15,000 credits for completing the punch card. Please help me in this matter. Thank you.

    Over 96 Hours Later My Forza 7 Preorder Credits Have Not Shown Up In My Account

    I preordered Forza 7 however I have not received my 5000 credits. I finally received my 10 keys on the last day of the event, however my credits have not yet shown up. Please fix this as I am interested in the preorder punch card credits as well but not
    if they won't ever be delivered.

    Hi L0rd Magnus. Are you referring to the Games on Demand punchcard, or the featured monthly offers? Last month's offer was Lord of the Rewards, and this month is FrankenRewards.

    I need help to get my 15,00 Reward Points after the pre-order for the Dead Rising 4 Deluxe Edition

    For the Games on Demand punchcard, you need to purchase 3 eligible games in order to receive the 15,000 credits. That game would only count was one punch. Punches should show about 96 hours after your purchase and the credits should show as pending about
    96 hours after you complete the last punch.

    Has anyone been having problems with the venture through the bad lands punch card? None of my progress has been showing up .
    Same here. At least 5 logins not credited so far, and I hit +270 gamer score a couple of days ago. It's disappointing that the punch cards aren't being updated.

    Wanted to thank you for the update. I haven’t been as fortunate, as I still haven’t received points or credit towards my Punch Card for movies purchased. Will continue to wait and will hopefully receive points and credit for Punch Card before month ends and it resets. Hope you have a great day.
