I haven't received my codes for the Gears of War 360 collection after preordering Gears of War 4. I was told to post this here to get my codes in a private message by an online customer service rep.

never received promotional code

pre-ordered Gears Of War 4 ultimate edition on the Xbox store and in the description it said that it included the gears of war 360 collection. gears of war, gears of war 2, gears of war 3, and gears of war judgement and it said that I would receive codes
via Xbox message center and I haven't received them and was told to post here by Xbox support to get my issue sorted

Have not received my Gears of War Xbox 360 Collection codes

Hello. I have yet to receive my Gears of War Xbox 360 Collection codes I was going to get from redeeming Gears of War 4. I had a friend who had codes for GoW 1 and 2, and let me use them, but was told by a customer support person that I would still get all
4 of my codes.

Codes from that promotion have not been sent out yet.

Per support from another thread:

According to the Gears of War 4 Page fine print at the bottom of the page.

"Includes Xbox 360 titles Gears of War, Gears of War 2, Gears of War 3 and Gears of War: Judgment. Each title works as part of the Xbox One Backward Compatibility program. 32GB of hard drive space required. To qualify, purchase a retail version of the game
or purchase and redeem Gears of War 4 on Xbox Live by 31st December 2016. Tokens for download will be sent in waves through Xbox Live in-dash message system within one month of redemption. Must be 18+. Xbox One, broadband internet (ISP fees apply) and Xbox
Live membership required. Not available in all markets. See www.GearsofWar.com for the latest information."

So basically these codes will be sent in waves after the game releases as long as you play the game Before January 1st, 2017. If you don't wish to wait that long and want to cancel a preorder, you'll want to contact the Chat or Phone team to begin that process.

I had preorder gears of war ultimate long before it came out and started playing it at midnight the night of realease, and my two friends has just receive there gears of war 4 beta codes and I haven't as yet
